Since our formation in 1996, we have been the leader in preparing customized medications to meet the specific needs of patients and practitioners. Our compounding centers are staffed by pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians who are specially trained in the art and science of compounding, which is the method of preparing medications from scratch to meet each physician’s and patient’s unique needs.

Compounding is achieved through an essential triad relationship – patient, physician and pharmacist. The physician first prescribes the medicine, the pharmacist then takes the necessary ingredients, compounds them, and dispenses the medicine to the patient after a thorough consultation. We use only the latest in precision equipment, sterile compounding facilities and pharmaceutical-grade chemicals.

Compounding pharmacists focus on providing innovative care. This may involve flavoring, making the medicine into a different delivery system such as a liquid instead of a pill, preparing the prescription dye-free, sugar-free, or preservative free, compounding an eye drop in a sterile compounding lab, preparing medications for veterinarians, providing bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and custom-tailoring medication that is not commercially available.
